About cancellation
The cancellation rules for “Cabin & Styling Tent” and “Premium BBQ Deck & Chillout BBQ Spot / Day Camp / Camp / Swimming” are different. Please check the following rules carefully.
- Cabin & Styling Tent
- 14 days prior to date of arrival = 20% charge
5 days prior to date of arrival = 30% charge
3 days prior to date of arrival = 50% charge
1 day prior to date of arrival = 100% charge
A cancellation fee will be incurred only for the accommodation fee.
(Example: If the facility usage fee of 30,000 yen / day is canceled 3 days in advance, the cancellation fee will be 15,000 yen.)
If you are planning to check-in later than 5P.M., kindly notify us beforehand or your reservation may be canceled.
- PREMIUM BBQ DECK
- 14 days prior to date of arrival = 20% charge
5 days prior to date of arrival = 30% charge
3 days before = 100%
Cancellations 3 days ago～The day will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee due to preparation and other reasons.
- Day camp, camping, sea bathing
- There will be no charges for cancellations made no later than 8 PM of the day before your arrival date. However, we would like to invite as many guests as possible, so it would be great if we could hear from you as soon as possible.Cancellations made after 8 PM of the day before your arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
- Cancellation in stormy weather
- There will be no cancellation charges only in cases we decide to close down because of typhoons, severe weather, or other natural disasters.
In this case, we will notify our guests.
If there are no notifications or official announcements, regular cancelation regulations will apply.
