About cancellation
The cancellation rules for “Cabin & Styling Tent” and “Day camp camp picnic” are different. Please check the following rules carefully.
- Cabin & Styling Tent
- 14 days before = 20%
5 days before = 30%
After 3 days = 50%
After the previous day = 100%
A cancellation fee will be incurred only for the facility usage fee
(Example: If the facility usage fee of 48,000 yen /1 day is canceled 3 days in advance, the cancellation fee will be 24,000 yen.)
If you plan to arrive after 17:00, please contact us in advance.
If you do not contact us, it may be canceled.
- Day camp camp picnic
- There will be no charges for cancellations made no later than 8 PM of the day before your arrival date. However, we would like to invite as many guests as possible, so it would be great if we could hear from you as soon as possible.Cancellations made after 8 PM of the day before your arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
- Cancellation in stormy weather
- There will be no cancellation charges only in cases we decide to close down because of typhoons, severe weather, or other natural disasters. In this case, we will notify our guests. If there are no notifications or official announcements, regular cancelation regulations will apply.
